Billing & Insurance
At Sage & Summit, the billing process is designed to be simple and transparent. The goal is to provide clear options so you can focus on your therapeutic work without added stress.
As a self-pay practice, clients pay directly for sessions. Although insurance is not accepted, a superbill (an itemized receipt) can be provided for clients who wish to submit it for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Checking with your insurance company can help clarify your benefits.
Clients are also welcome to use a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for sessions, if that is part of your benefits.
For those needing financial flexibility, a limited number of sliding scale slots are available on a waitlist basis. Every effort is made to accommodate as soon as a spot opens.
If you have any questions about payment or sliding scale availability, feel free to reach out.
